🌟 Position: Community Care Worker

🏡 Location: Barnstaple, Bideford, South Molton, and surrounding areas

💼 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

💰 Salary: From £10.52 per hour

⏰ Flexibility: Work from 07:00 to 14:30 and/or 16:00 to 21:30, with an agreed contracted shift pattern. Every other weekend required.

👥 Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support
• Assist with mobility, transferring, eating, and drinking
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Follow care plans and medication management
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and procedures

✅ Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Previous care-related experience preferred but not essential
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
